Instead of being vulnerable to experiencing yourself as you truly are you make up an idea of self to protect you from who you are. Sitting and holding space for your emotions without reacting will always guide you back to what you truly are. You are pure love detached from judgment and fear. You are from and always connected to the infinite. The non self state of being will always guide you to wellness. The state of being attached to personal identity may guide you astray under the oppression of superior judgment. I invite you to a shift in awareness, taking us out of thought focus and into the senses returning to a state of knowing what you are instead of who you are.
Yoga teaches us to return to awareness of breath, when our mind wanders, taking us into a focus on the senses. When we have unpleasant sensations, our ego mind is programmed to take over, distracting us from these sensations and keeping our identity safe. This may seem great and even temporarily ease symptoms or ”get you through the day”, but this also avoids a potential for great healing and can sometimes cause a deterioration in emotional function as an end result.
Feel it to heal it...
Thoughts exist separate from our body and different chains of thoughts and ideas will be drawn to us depending on the vibrational frequency our physical body is transmitting. When we are avoiding the sensations causing the frequency we will continue to attract negative thoughts and continue the exhausting cycle of refocus or the damaging behavior of projection.
Know what you are...
I invite you to return to your higher mind of pure love and non attachment to allow space for healing. When we hold space for unpleasantness without allowing the attachment to thoughts and ideas, we can heal the toxins keeping us stuck in this negative pattern. When we return to the senses and breath into the body’s deep inner knowing, we can be guided to healing and transformation. In this space we have peace of mind and warmth in our heart. Make the shift to high mind over ego mind.
